As a centrally based Brighton Bed and Breakfast, Motel Schmotel has limited parking spaces so you will need to contact us in advance to secure parking with us. Parking at the B&B is £12 per day. Alternatively you can use the above map to book a parking space in one of the many local secure car parks. If you need help in securing a parking space please text or telephone us before your arrival.

Lovely hotel right by the seafront. Friendly, helpful staff, and a cracking breakfast with options for cooked, porridge or continental. Easy to get to from the station, and well located for everything central Brighton has to offer. - Travelled on business.

“Convenient friendly and value for money”
Choose this B&B to be close to the Brighton centre where we were attending an event. Room was warm, clean and cosy and owners helpful with advice. Accommodation a 5 minute walk from sea and not much further to the lanes and to Brighton’s Churchill shopping centre, so convenient to abandon the car for 3 days and walk everywhere. Book early if you want parking as there only appear to be 2 spaces. Others have commented about size of shower room - it is compact but manageable. - Travelled as a couple.

Great Bed & Breakfast just minutes away from the Brighton Centre. Close enough to the Lanes and all the good restaurants too. We were upgraded to a superior room which looked out on the square - Room 6 and it was very nice. Breakfast in bed was a real treat. - Travelled as a couple.

Stayed for two nights at the gorgeous Motel Schmotel B&B in order to conveniently attend the Brighton Tattoo Convention located just down the road from here. Day before, the fabulous Maja sent through a warm, friendly text message just introducing herself and asking whether it would be ok for us to warn her of our arrival 30 minutes before, and directing us to travel info on their website, wishing us a trouble free journey, and so on. Instant likability there. The breakfast menu looked UTTERLY DELICIOUS on first glance, and the order was confirmed immediately, even though the hotel was full. We felt like we were the only ones staying there, with the immediate attention we received in every way possible. You can also choose to have breakfast in bed! We sadly didn't see the breakfast room. Location is excellent, with the Churchill Mall literally minutes walk away, and Brighton’s West Pier at the bottom of the road. The main High Streets and Lanes are also only a stroll away on the next block. We didn't need to retrieve our car at all during our stay. Can you tell we had an amazing stay? I won't bother looking anywhere else next time we're in Brighton, and that's the truth. - Travelled as a couple.
